  • Sponsorship Details

OMTRA, originally known as the Association of Municipal Tax Collectors of Ontario, evolved in 2011 after a rebranding exercise recognizing that our members are responsible for increasing areas of revenue billing and collection.  As such we have expanded into the areas of Provincial Offences, Water Billing & Collection as well as the other various types of Municipal Revenue billing and collection.

OMTRA is excited to announce that the 2013 Annual Fall Conference is being held at the beautiful Nottawasaga Inn Resort & Conference Centre from September 8th – 11th, 2013.

We would like to invite your organization to help sponsor this event where all of our delegates will have time to visit your booth and talk to you in length about your services providing a great hands-on networking experience for your business.

Provided that you opt for the “Gold” level of sponsorship, we will supply space to set up a display in a shared display area adjacent to Seminar’s main meeting room.  Please note that all Coffee Breaks will be located in this shared display area to allow Sponsors more time to network with current or potential clients.  The Gold level of sponsorship also includes a complimentary registration of one of your attendees.

A bonus addition at our Fall conference, for our “Gold” sponsors who may wish to enhance their experience, is the option to purchase a ½ hour sponsor presentation where you can provide a more indepth overview of the services and products that your company provides.  We are able accommodate up to 8 sponsors – divided into two different sessions of ½ hour each.  We will ensure that the delegates are spread out amongst the presentations to provide the sponsors with the most exposure.

Your attendance at our Fall Conference provides an excellent opportunity for you to not only meet the delegates from municipalities across Ontario but also to discuss the potential application of your goods or services.  Sponsor set-up times for the Spring Seminar are between 3:00 – 6:00 pm on Sunday September 8th.

As always, our Corporate Sponsors are fully acknowledged by an advertisement in our delegate kits, and/or on poster boards at each sponsored event.  I have attached a schedule of our various Sponsorship packages available including fees established for the 2013 Fall Conference.

Included in this package is the 2013 Sponsorship Rate Information Sheet, a preliminary 2013 Fall Conference Agenda, Nottawasage Inn Resort room information and Nottawasaga Shipping Instructions.  Additional information and sponsorship registration is available on our website at www.aomtra.ca.

If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call.

    Sincerely,

    Christine Heersink, AMCT, CMTP
